September 13th marked the start of National Small Business Week and now more than ever, America’s small businesses need our support. We want to give a shout out and thanks to the resilient small business owners that help keep Broadus a thriving community to live and work.  Also, a special welcome to the new owners and entrepreneurs in our area!  Support your neighbors and small businesses by shopping local!

The Building a Better Broadus Committee is excited to once again partner in bringing the “Reimagining Rural” program to Broadus!  Our final session of the three-part series will take place Monday, October 4th where we’ll hear success stories from residents of Winnett, MT followed by local planning on ideas to reinvigorate our own community.  Join us for snacks and strategic discussions from 6-8pm in the Election Room.

The Broadus VFW Post 1595 is "Feelin' Corny" on Saturday, October 9th!  Join us for a cornhole tournament and fall dance in support of our local veterans through this VFW fundraiser event! Cornhole registration begins at 4:30 with tournament play at 5pm. $10 per player with cash prizes to be awarded! Dance to follow the tournament with music by "that bearded DJ." Free entrance at the door with food and drinks available for purchase. Whether you end up baggin’ and braggin’ or just getting shucked, you won’t want to miss this a-maize-ingly good time!  Check out our Facebook event page for details!

Due to conflicting sporting event schedules, the Broadus Christmas Stroll is scheduled for THURSDAY, December 2nd this year.  The theme is "Christmas on Gingerbread Lane" and you can watch our Chamber Facebook page for additional upcoming details!
